Taco Bell gluten policy:
Taco Bell provides this gluten free menu: https://www.tacobell.com/blog/how-to-avoid-gluten
From Taco Bell: “Taco Bell does not claim “gluten-free” for any of its food. Some Taco Bell items are made without gluten containing ingredients but are prepared in common kitchen areas, including common fryer oil, risking gluten exposure. Taco Bell® does not recommend products for customers with celiac disease. Customers with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment when ordering.”
Taco Bell allergen policy:
From Taco Bell: “Like most restaurants, we prepare and serve products containing egg, milk, soy, wheat or other allergens. The Food Allergy & Sensitivity information on this site is based on standard product formulations and is current as of the last update. While a particular ingredient may not contain these allergens, our products may be prepared on the same equipment and in the same kitchen area as those that do. We cannot guarantee that cross contact with allergens will not occur. Neither Taco Bell®, our employees, nor our franchisees assume any responsibility for a person’s sensitivity or allergy to any food item provided in our restaurants.”

Other helpful hints:
- Peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish are not used in Taco Bell’s regular menu items. However, regular menu items may be produced in common manufacturing facilities that do produce products with peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.
How to use Fig restaurants:
- Fig shows you menu items that likely fit your Fig based on publicly available restaurant-reported ingredients and allergens. If a menu item says “please read note,” click the menu item to understand why the item may or may not fit your Fig.
- Fig does not yet take cross-contamination into account. Please always confirm ingredient and allergen information with the restaurant, and always work with the restaurant manager and staff to determine if a menu item is appropriate for you. Restaurants regularly change ingredients, allergen information, procedures, food sourcing and management.
- Fig restaurants is still an early feature, and your feedback helps us make it better. If you have any ideas for us, please send them to support@foodisgood.com. We’ll also be sending you a few surveys as you use it!
