Ingredients

Wild caught product of usa to bake thaw lobster tail, preheat oven to 350 degrees, cut the shell down the center of the back with scissors, leaving tail fan intact. Brush lobster tail with melted butter, and bake approximately 15 minutes to an internal temperature of 145 degrees f. to steam in a large pot that can be fitted with a steamer basket, bring four to five cups of water to a full boil. Place lobster tails in the steamer basket, and cover the pot. Steam the lobster tail for about 8 minutes. The lobster tail will turn red and the flesh will turn white when done. when the lobster is done, run the steamer basket with the lobster in it under cool water to stop the cooking.
