Keep refrigerated until use. Remove from refrigeration and unwrap 90 minutes prior to serving for best flavor. -- ingredients: gruyere cheese (raw [thermalized]cow's milk, salt, animal enzymes), potato starch, powdered cellulose, natamycin. Aged a minimum of 150 days.
