Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium, pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin, stearic acid. Contains 2% or less of carnauba wax, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, silicon dioxide.
Allergens
Caution: take at bedtime only. Melatonin can induce drowsiness and sleep.
