Bake for 20-30 minutes flipping half way. Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees. Grilling - first place sausage in a skillet with water just covering them and allow for low boil for 5-10 minutes. Remove and place on indirect heat of grill until they reach internal temperature os 165 degrees.
