Enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), water, yeast, sugar, contains 2% or less of each of the following: vegetable oil (canola and/or soy), vital wheat gluten, salt, yeast, nutrient (ammonium sulfate), dough conditioners (sodium stearoyl lactylate, ascorbic acid, monocalcium phosphate), calcium sulfate, enzymes, calcium propionate (mold inhibitor).
Allergens
Contains: wheat. For more information go to: www.p65warnings.ca.gov/food. Acrylamide is not added to this product, but is created by the normal baking process and increases when the product is toasted. The fda has not advised people to stop eating toasted or untoasted bread.
