Haribo of america imports its products from haribo facilities around the world. We work closely with each facility to ensure proper labeling of our finished goods being sold in the usa. Our facilities also maintain gfsi standards of quality and have haccp and allergen segregation plans in place. Each product sold in the usa is properly labeled per fda requirements on allergens contained within. At the current time, some of the products distributed by haribo of america in the usa contain the known allergens, and are labeled as such: wheat, coconut, fish. We do rely on our raw materials suppliers to provide us accurate information on any allergens contained within their products. As such, haribo is unable to guarantee that the raw materials were not handled in facilities that contain allergens.
