Ground pork, seasoning (salt, spices, sugar, spice extractives). cooking instructions: baking: preheat oven to 400°f and place sausages on baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes turn half way. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°f. .grilling: place sausage in skillet with water just to cover and allow to boil for 5-10 minutes. Remove and place on indirect heat of grill until they reach internal temperature of 160°f.
