Original bratwurst (pork [contains 2% salt], water, seasoning [corn syrup solids, dextrose, flavorings with antioxidants {including spices}, bha, propyl gallate, citric acid, less than 2% silicon dioxide {to prevent caking}], inhibitor [salt, sodium acetate, flavor], stuffed in natural pork casing).(no allergens)uncooked: for safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160° f, as measured by an instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary. Cooking instructions: stove: place thawed sausage links in cold skillet and add 1/2 cup of water. Cover skillet and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°f, turning the sausage links halfway through cooking. To brown, remove cover after 15 minutes and continue cooking, turning links occasionally, until desired color is achieved. Grill: for gas grill, preheat to medium. Grill links 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°f. Turn links occasionally using tongs to prevent puncturing sausage.
