Ingredients

Water, enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), whole wheat flour, yeast, vital wheat gluten, contains 2% or less of each of the following: cornmeal, salt, distilled vinegar, soybean oil, sugar yeast nutrients (ammonium sulfate), ascorbic acid, calcium sulfate, enzymes, potassium sorbate and calcium propionate (mold inhibitors).

Allergens

Contains: wheat.,warning: consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including acrylamide which are known to the state of california to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm for more information go to www.p65warning.ca.gov/food. Acrylamide is not added to this product but is created by the normal baking or frying process and increases when the product is tasted. The fda does not advise people to step eating baked, toasted or bakery products.
