Pizza Hut gluten policy:

  • Pizza Hut offers Udi’s Gluten Free crust at 1/3 of its restaurants in the USA. To find a Pizza Hut with gluten free crust, go to pizzahut.com, enter your zip code, and look for the “Gluten Free” tab on the Pizza page.
  • From the Pizza Hut website: “Pizza Hut kitchens are not gluten-free environments. While we do provide the option of gluten-free crust for those looking to reduce gluten in their diet, we cannot guarantee that our restaurant environment or any menu item will be free of gluten. We do not recommend this pizza for customers with celiac disease.”

Pizza Hut allergen statement:

  • From the Pizza Hut website: “Peanuts and tree nuts are not used in Pizza Hut® restaurants. They may be used in common manufacturing plants that supply food to our restaurants.”
  • From the Pizza Hut website: “Like most restaurants, we prepare and serve products that may contain egg, milk, soy, wheat or other allergens. While a particular food may not contain one of these allergens, our products may be prepared on the same equipment and in the same kitchen area as those that do. We cannot guarantee that cross contact with allergens will not occur and neither Pizza Hut®, our employees, nor our franchisees assume any responsibility for a person’s sensitivity or allergy to any food item provided in our restaurants. The Food Allergy & Sensitivity information displayed on this site is based on standard product formulations. Variations may occur due to differences in suppliers, ingredient substitutions, recipe revisions, and/or product production at the restaurant. Some menu items may not be available at all restaurants. Limited time offers, test products, or regional items have not been included. Several menu items contain or have been prepared in fully refined soy oil, which according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is not an allergen. Also according to the Food Allergy Research & Education organization, studies show that most soy-allergic individuals may safely eat most types of soybean oil. If you have any concerns regarding consumption of soybean oil, please consult with your health care provider.”

Pizza Hut vegan / vegetarian information:

  • Pizza Hut used to offer a BeyondMeat Pizza; however, this menu item is no longer available.
  • From the Pizza Hut website: “Some of our menu items are considered vegetarian friendly and our pizzas can be prepared without cheese for a dairy-free or vegan friendly option. However, please note that all Pizza Hut pizzas are prepared by team members with the same cooking tools and ovens used to prepare and serve our delicious meat-based pizzas and pastas, which may not be acceptable for customers with strict vegetarian or vegan diets.”
  • “Our Ultimate Cheese Lover’s® pizza, Veggie Lover’s® pizza, Breadsticks, Cheese sticks, Cinnamon sticks and Cinnabon® Mini Rolls are vegetarian friendly.”

How to use Fig restaurants:

  • Fig shows you menu items that likely fit your Fig based on publicly available restaurant-reported ingredients and allergens. If a menu item says “please read note,” click the menu item to understand why the item may or may not fit your Fig.
  • Fig does not yet take cross-contamination into account. Please always confirm ingredient and allergen information with the restaurant, and always work with the restaurant manager and staff to determine if a menu item is appropriate for you. Restaurants regularly change ingredients, allergen information, procedures, food sourcing and management.
  • Fig restaurants is still an early feature, and your feedback helps us make it better. If you have any ideas for us, please send them to support@foodisgood.com. We’ll also be sending you a few surveys as you use it!
