Is turkey stock low FODMAP?
Most store bought stocks will contain any number of high FODMAP ingredients, including onions, garlic, honey, celery, or milk. Read the label carefully and avoid if high FODMAP ingredients are present. Always test tolerance of untested foods like turkey stock in small portions and only when your symptoms are fully settled.
