Is sheep milk low FODMAP?
Sheep Milk has not been tested for FODMAPs. However, Sheep Milk is thought to be high FODMAP. Sheep milk is high in lactose. Choose an alternative such as lactose free milk, almond or rice milk. Always test tolerance of untested foods like sheep milk in small portions and only when your symptoms are fully settled. Possible FODMAPs: Lactose
