Port Wine has not been tested for FODMAPs. However, Port Wine is thought to be high FODMAP. Many types of alcohol are low FODMAP including beer, red and white wine, gin, vodka, and whiskey. Other alcohols including rum and sherry are high FODMAP. Alcohol, however, is a GI irritant and portions should generally be limited. Always test tolerance of untested foods like port wine in small portions and only when your symptoms are fully settled. Possible FODMAPs: Fructose
