Is milk protein concentrate low FODMAP?

Milk Protein Concentrate has not been tested for FODMAPs. However, Milk Protein Concentrate is thought to be high FODMAP. Milk protein concentrate may contain lactose, unless the product states that it is lactose free or it contains the lactase enzyme. This is different than milk protein ISOLATE which typically contains little to no lactose. Always test tolerance of untested foods like milk protein concentrate in small portions and only when your symptoms are fully settled. Possible FODMAPs: Lactose
