Is heavy cream low FODMAP?

Heavy Cream is low or high FODMAP depending on serving size. Heavy cream is high in fat and contains little lactose. It is unlikely to trigger symptoms in moderate portions up to ~2 US tablespoons. As a general rule of thumb, if purchasing standalone dairy products, the product is likely Low FODMAP at 1 serving if the Total Carbohydrates listed on the label is less than 1 gram per serving.
