Is eggnog low FODMAP?
Eggnog has not been tested for FODMAPs and may be high or low FODMAP. Eggnog is typically made from milk or cream so is high in lactose. There are lactose free versions of egg nog, including non-dairy varieties, which may be low FODMAP. Always test tolerance of untested foods like eggnog in small portions and only when your symptoms are fully settled. Possible FODMAPs: Lactose
