Is dry white wine low FODMAP?
Dry White Wine is low FODMAP in normal serving sizes. Many types of alcohol are low FODMAP including beer, red and white wine, gin, vodka, and whiskey. Other alcohols including rum and sherry are high FODMAP. Alcohol, however, is a GI irritant and portions should generally be limited.
