Is corn meal low FODMAP?
Corn Meal is low FODMAP in normal serving sizes. When found in processed products like cereals, chips and tortillas, corn is generally low FODMAP at normal serving sizes. However, corn eaten as a standalone vegetable has smaller serving sizes. Limit portions of corn on the cob to 1/2 cob and canned corn to 1 cup.
