Five Guys gluten policy:
- Five Guys does not have a statement about gluten; however, it does list ingredients that contain gluten/wheat on the allergen guide: https://www.fiveguys.com/-/media/public-site/files/allergen-ingredients-and-nutrition-info/allergen-guide/nutrition-allergen-march-2018-us.ashx
- Five Guys will provide lettuce wraps instead of regular wheat buns.
Five Guys allergen statement:
- The Five Guys allergen guide indicates that fish, shellfish and tree nut ingredients are not used in any of their menu items.
- Peanuts are provided as a snack at Five Guys, and peanut shells are present throughout the restaurant.
- From the Five Guys allergen guide: “Five Guys Enterprises makes every attempt to identify ingredients which may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. However, there is always a risk of contamination. There is a possibility that manufacturers of foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. There is also a risk of cross contamination due to the nature of our ingredients. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Five Guys enterprises and their franchisees will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come into contact with while eating at any Five Guys restaurant.”
Five Guys vegan / vegetarian information:
Five Guys does not provide any information regarding vegan or vegetarian menu items.

How to use Fig restaurants:
- Fig shows you menu items that likely fit your Fig based on publicly available restaurant-reported ingredients and allergens. If a menu item says “please read note,” click the menu item to understand why the item may or may not fit your Fig.
- Fig does not yet take cross-contamination into account. Please always confirm ingredient and allergen information with the restaurant, and always work with the restaurant manager and staff to determine if a menu item is appropriate for you. Restaurants regularly change ingredients, allergen information, procedures, food sourcing and management.
- Fig restaurants is still an early feature, and your feedback helps us make it better. If you have any ideas for us, please send them to support@foodisgood.com. We’ll also be sending you a few surveys as you use it!
