Best gluten free products 2024

I’m Kayla, a certified nutrition coach and celiac of 18 years. I have tried 100s of products at this point and while some taste like cardboard, some are incredible and you can’t tell the difference between their gluten counterparts.

Determining whether a product is gluten free can definitely get complicated. Some ingredients to look out for are wheat, malt, barley, rye, non-certified gluten free oats, seitan, and farro.

A simple way to figure out if a food is safe or not is by using the FIG app. You can put in your dietary restrictions and it will show you whether or not you can eat the product. It takes into account cross contact and tells you specifically what part of the ingredient label is problematic, so you can start to learn yourself and feel more confident with ingredient labeling.

Here’s your cheat sheet for my 30 favorite gluten free products that you need to try if you were recently diagnosed.

Breads:
Canyon Bakehouse
Schar
Rudi’s (they have the most amazing garlic bread)
Brazi Bites (cheese bread)
