Arby’s gluten policy:

  • Arby’s provides this gluten free menu.
  • Arby’s generally uses shared fryers.

From Arby’s: “Arby’s Potato Cakes and Crinkle Fries may be cooked in the same oil as the following menu items, which contain a wheat allergen: Chicken Fillet, Crispy Chicken Strips, Premium Chicken Nuggets, Curly Fries, Crispy Onions, Fish Fillets*, Jalapeno Bites, and Mozzarella Sticks.”

Arby’s allergen policy:

From Arby’s: “Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc., its franchisees and employees do not assume responsibility for a particular allergy or sensitivity to any food provided in our restaurants. Federal regulations have identified 8 major food allergens: milk, eggs, wheat, soybeans, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and crustacean shellfish. For your convenience, menu items and ingredients that contain these major allergens have been indicated. Allergen information is determined based on standard product formulations. These product formulations may vary. Fried menu items are cooked in common oil, and possible contact with other major allergens is also indicated. Federal regulation has exempted from allergen declaration any highly refined oil derived from the major food allergens; therefore, soy oil as an ingredient is not indicated as an allergen. Please consult your Doctor to know if you should avoid products that contain highly refined soy oil.”

Arby’s vegan / vegetarian information:

Arby’s does not provide a vegan or vegetarian menu; however, you may use the Fig app to identify items that are likely vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and Alpha Gal friendly at Arby’s.

How to use Fig restaurants:

  • Fig shows you menu items that likely fit your Fig based on publicly available restaurant-reported ingredients and allergens. If a menu item says “please read note,” click the menu item to understand why the item may or may not fit your Fig.
  • Fig does not yet take cross-contamination into account. Please always confirm ingredient and allergen information with the restaurant, and always work with the restaurant manager and staff to determine if a menu item is appropriate for you. Restaurants regularly change ingredients, allergen information, procedures, food sourcing and management.
  • Fig restaurants is still an early feature, and your feedback helps us make it better. If you have any ideas for us, please send them to support@foodisgood.com. We’ll also be sending you a few surveys as you use it!
